Home Suite Home ~ Family and Pet Friendly in Grants Pass

Well, when I decorated this house, I wanted it to be comfortable for
everyone. The furniture is comfortable and, hey, if you want to put
your feet on the coffee table, I don't mind. The house has something
for everyone of every age.
Home Suite Home is in a neighborhood that has all ages. The
neighbors are very friendly and they often say "Hi" to my guests.
You want to go to the river? The jet boat? The city park? They are
only 1 mile from the house.
The Hospital is also only 1 mile from the house, but just the other
direction.

It has:
Air Hockey
Foosball

wifi
books for all ages and and great variety too
Movies, tons of them ... for all ages
Stereo
toys, games and a fenced yard for your kiddos
Bar-b-q
The Kitchen is stocked with all kinds of gadgets for preparing your
meals... the fridge has an ice maker and water in the door.
Its a 3 bedroom
King in one room
Queen in another
and 2 sets of bunks in the third
The guest bathroom even has a walkin shower for those that find
getting into a tub to shower more difficult.
All the linens are included in the price. Plus we have a washer and
dryer to do your laundry.

Our town is very friendly and family orientated. We have community
events in progress year round.

Hi,
We are flexible on rates, if you stay a long time, the better your
rate will be. Weekends are usually a little bit more and so are
Holidays as they are are higher demand.
Here is what we typically ask
Summer $145/night
Fall, Winter, Spring $130/night
Saturday, Sunday and Mon. are  additional $15 per night Unless you stay for 7 nights or more
If you stay for longer than 28 nights, the rate is $100/night, No tax
Pets are $15/nt for up to 2 pets and has a cap of $60
Tax is 10% unless you stay over 28 nights.
Cleaning fee is $50 unless ... so its a
great deal if you stay for 7 nights or more as you don't have to pay
the weekend rate.
We ask for a $250 deposit that will be returned after it is determined
that the house is in good order and that nothing is missing.
