A Place at the Beach III Condo on the Beach 1st Floor in Myrtle Beach

"The Comfort Zone" is located on the popular Shore Drive in the
Arcadian Shores area of Myrtle
Beach. This newly furnished condo is being rented out for the first
time and now we are in the
second year of rentals, and hope to keep it open for rentals for a
long time coming. It has been our
home. It is a first floor unit with pool and ocean view. All the
furniture is new since 2008 - 2009. As of November 19th the condo will
have all new carpet as will
the deck and new deck furniture.
There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your own use. This is a
great value to family's that do
not want to go down the hall to do the washing and drying of their
clothes.
Excellent location! Secluded, yet easy to access the famous Restaurant
Row, golf courses, shopping
centers, Outlet stores, entertainment, attractions, and plenty more.
Home of the Alabama Theatre, Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede, Nascar,
Margaritaville, House of Blues,

Over 100 Golf Courses on the Grand Strand. Straw Market, Gift Shops,
