Very Beautiful and new 5 bedroom home located within minutes of Seven
Springs and Hidden Valley ski resorts. Surrounded by 2 ½ acres of
beautiful woods, this home is everything you could want and more.
This cabin is with walking distance of the Forbes State Forest. There
are hiking and skiing trails to enjoy the woods. You will find this
home to be a beautiful rental at a reasonable price.

To enjoy the beautiful Mountain View, there are two very large decks.
One is located just off the kitchen and the other is through the
double doors in the front of the home, where the hot tub is located. This is a unique opportunity to
experience the Laurel Mountains within the privacy of you own mountain
rental property.

There is plenty of space for sleeping arrangements. The master
bedroom, located on the main floor is located just off the Kitchen,
has a large queen pillow top bed. This bedroom also has a closet,
dresser, and television. Two bedrooms are located up the spiral
staircase in the loft. Each bedroom is private that contain a double
bed and dresser. Two bedrooms are located in the completely finished
basement. One of the rooms has a queen bed, dresser, and walk in
closet. The other bedroom has a King bed and dresser.

There are other seating areas located throughout the cabin. One is the
office/desk area located in the hallway of the loft. Here you can
read, catch up on work, or just enjoy the view from the four windows
that overlook the mountain. Another is located in the basement, just
at the bottom of the steps leading to the first floor. Here you will
find a gas fireplace, flat screen television, and a futon that can
also serve as additional sleeping accommodations.

The great room has plenty of space and natural light for guests.
There are cathedral oak ceilings, wood floors, a large stone fire
place (of which the wood is free), and a huge table/ bar for guests to
dine. This table which seats up to eight people is in natural form,
so it looks like a tree and still has the bark on! Also located in the
great room is a big screen TV with Bose surround system.

The kitchen has all brand new cabinets which make room for all
utensils for cooking that include pots-n-pans, full place settings,
and smaller appliances that the home provides. There are brand new
appliances that include a stove and double door refrigerator.

There are 1 ½ bathrooms that have endless hot water. The one is a
powder room and the other has a large stand up shower. Both are
equipped with towels and toilette paper at no additional expense.

The driveway raps around the house to accommodate cars. There are two
parking pads on the way up the driveway for additional cars.

Resort and 10 Miles from Seven Springs. It is just 5 miles off Route
31, which is the main road for Hidden Valley.

*A few miles down the road is Roo's Snow Tubing Park, which also
offers horse drawn sleigh rides.
Also located there is John Harvard's, which offers fine food and beverage.

*You will be within a 6 minute drive to two lakes that have public
beaches and fishing areas.

*10 miles down the road is the Caddie Shack, which has three Go-cart
tracks, a driving range, batting cages, bumper boats, and a mini golf
course.

*There are 3 public golf courses within 10 miles of our cabin.

*The property is with in walking distance to Forbes State Forest which
has great hiking, biking, and snowmobile trails. There is plenty of
wild life in the area.

Summer, Fall, and Spring:
Start $625 weekend and $925 a week

Winter (Ski Season):
Start $825 weekend and $1275 a week

Additional night can be added for $150 a night
Weekday only rental at discounted rates.
Holiday rates will be increased.
