vacation rental rates
Base Rate ranges from $79.00 per night to $140.00 per night depending on the season and the number of nights reserved.

To increase your chances of booking a reservation, please include the following additional information in your email request to us:
1.) Your contact phone #
When we have availabilty we often follow up with our clients by phone. We have experienced that occasionally emails do not go through.
2.) The timeframe or date you would like to secure your reservation.
(ex: We are looking for lodging from 4/28/10 - 5/15/10 and would like to secure the reservation within this next week.)
(ex: We are looking for lodging from 8/14/10 - 8/22/10 and will not be ready to secure a reservation until March 2010.)
