This custom 3 bedroom home has 2 full baths, 2 half baths and is delightfully furnished, with its own unique style.  The setting is spectacular, private and secluded sporting some of the finest views on Roosevelt Lake, just a few steps from your own private sandy beach, with dock.
The custom kitchen fully outfitted is sure to please any cook.

The upper deck, equipped with a gas grill, patio furniture and a sun-brella overlooks the lake and is perfect for early morning coffee or relaxing with evening cocktails. If the weather is bad, get comfortable in the 3 season porch.  The lower patio catches the early to midday sun, shaded in the late afternoon - another perfect and private place to relax!
The master suite has a bath most people only dream of, with natural stone shower and a Jacuzzi tub.

Our home comes fully furnished. There is seating on both levels and 3 furnished bedrooms. Located on the property is a furnished guest cabin that sleeps 6 (there is also a sleeping loft - bring your air mattress and sleeping bags!  Kids are a huge fan of the loft!), has a kitchenette and 3/4 bath and is available for an additional $200 a week. See photo #7 below.  
The main house has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, Jennair cooktop grill, central air, 2 flat screen TV's, cable, internet and a collection of over 100 DVD's for your viewing pleasure.  Linens and towels provided for 12.
There is plenty of room outside with an adjoinging extra lot for your kids to scout around and play. We added the fire pit this year for making smores in the evening or telling ghost stories!
Located on highway 6, just over the bridge in Outing with a paved driveway.

Roosevelt Lake is the premier lake in this area. With 1,585 acres to enjoy and water clarity over 10 feet.  Enjoy water skiing, boating, tubing, wake boarding and jet skiing.  The lake boasts great angling opportunities for Walleye, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass and Crappies. Shopping and restaurants are within short walking distance - or go by boat!
Golf at Emily Greens, Golden Eagle, Crosslake Golf Club or Whitefish Golf Club.
Fish right off the dock or rent a boat at the marina in town.
Northern Lights Casino at Leech Lake is 50 minutes north.
