Custom Lake Home on Beautiful Roosevelt Lake in Cross Lake

This custom 3 bedroom home has 2 full baths, 2 half baths and is delightfully furnished, with its own unique style.  The setting is spectacular, private and secluded sporting some of the finest views on Roosevelt Lake, just a few steps from your own private sandy beach, with dock.

The upper deck, equipped with a gas grill, patio furniture and a sun-brella overlooks the lake and is perfect for early morning coffee or relaxing with evening cocktails. If the weather is bad, get comfortable in the 3 season porch.  The lower patio catches the early to midday sun, shaded in the late afternoon - another perfect and private place to relax!
The master suite has a dream bath, with natural stone double shower and a Jacuzzi tub.

Our home comes fully furnished. There is seating on both levels and 3 furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed. The two bedrooms downstairs both have Queen beds. Just up the steps is a furnished guest cabin that sleeps 6 with a loft - bring your air mattress and sleeping bags!  Kids are a huge fan of the loft!. With a kitchenette and 3/4 bath this guest cabin is available for an additional $200 a week.  See photo #7 below.  The loft has a Queen bed. The guest cabin bedroom has a super comfy full size log style bed. The common area has a log style couch futon which makes for great seating during the day and a full size bed for sleeping at night! Additionally the Guest Cabin has air conditioning and an intercom with the main house.  Check on the kids or call your guests for breakfast.
The main house has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air, 2 flat screen TV's, cable, internet and a collection of over 100 DVD's for your viewing pleasure.  Linens and towels provided for 12.
There is plenty of room outside with an adjoinging extra lot for parking your boat trailers and for the kids to scout around and play. We have a fire pit in the backyard for making smores in the evening and spending time together.

Located on highway 6, just over the bridge in Outing with a paved driveway.
Enjoy the "up north" feeling with never having to touch a dirt gravel road.

Roosevelt Lake is the premier lake in this area. With 1,585 acres to enjoy and water clarity over 10 feet.  Enjoy water skiing, boating, tubing, wake boarding and jet skiing.  The lake boasts ample angling opportunities for Walleye, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass and Crappies. Shopping and restaurants are within short walking distance - or go by boat! If interested in boat rental prices from the local marina look for Land O Lakes Marine online!  If you have your own boat you are welcome to launch it at the pubic boat access and park at our dock.

$500 Security/Damage deposit required. Will be returned 15 days after departure if house is left the way you found it.  

$50 Non-refundable deposit per dog with a two dog maximum. We are happy to share our lake home with you and your well trained family dog.  Dogs must be well trained and owners must clean up after them during their stay.
