Welcome to our home away from home in Lake Placid, Florida, a small
town with friendly people in the middle of Florida, safe from crime and the fast pace of the typical Florida big city.

Our spacious home is located on Lake Clay, a large, sandy-bottom lake
with clear, clean water ideal  for fishing and water sports. On a private, dead-end street, our 3300 square foot, beautifully furnished one-story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is situated on two sprawling lakefront lots with 202 ft.

Perfectly located, you can actually walk to Publix, restaurants, stores, etc. It's perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a screened 8' x 20' porch with wet bar overlooking the lake, an oversized dock, and a large entertainment deck. Our dock will accommodate jet skis/boats. And pets are welcome, if they are house-trained.
