This beautiful home in Travis Heights is all you would ever need in a vacation home or corporate
retreat. It features three gorgeous decks that overlook the city of Austin and Ladybird Lake. It has a beach entry with a swim up bar in the private pool along with an outdoor kitchen, perfect for
entertaining. The amazing hot tub could be just the perfect thing after a long day of exploring this great city.
The Gourmet Kitchen features top of the line Jenn-Air stainless steel appliances, built in ovens,
and 6 burner Viking range, granite countertops, custom cabinets, mosaic glass tile and everything
you are going need to make a wonderful meal. Cappachino distressed wood floors and eight foot high
glass doors create the perfect homey atmosphere.
The master bedroom has glass doors that lead out to the 2nd deck and a huge walk in closet. The
master bath features a huge tub with jacuzzi jets and a walk in shower with double shower heads. The 2nd Bedroom has its own bath with tub and shower. This home has lots of lounging room with 3 living areas, including a media room and 3 televisions.
The lower level of the house has it's own entry and would be considered a mother-in-law plan. It has a bedroom, living area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and decks overlooking the pool and hot tub. We have outside heaters for those chilly winter nights and plenty of seating to enjoy the great outdoors. This house is everything that you could possibly want in Austin Texas and more!
