Contemporary open concept 3-bedroom home, fully furnished, hardwood floors throughout the main
level, wall to wall carpet on the lower level. Huge Master Bedroom downstairs with TV and cable, 2-
bedrooms on the main level feature a Queen size bed with TV and cable and the kids room has 2 twin
beds. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living as well as a full size sleeper sofa on the lower
level in the kids playroom. Playroom is complete with toys, TV, DVD/VHS player and a walk out
slider to the back yard.

Washer/dryer, boat dock, fully applianced, all linens and towels are provided, pots & pans, coffee maker, gas grill, porch, internet access, cable TV, etc. all located on a dead end street with plenty of room for parking.

Come stay & play at this beautiful contemporary water front home located at the sand bar on Lake
Winnisquam. This home has turned into a vacation spot where great family memories are made. We
have had guests celebrate a baby's 1st birthday and a little boy go on his 1st fishing trip with his
dad. Good food, good friends and family all make for great memories. In the summer time you can
bring your own boat or jet skiis and in the winter months you can bring the snowmobiles or hit the
White Mountains for some great New England skiing. There is so much to see and do at the lake.
The outlet stores are a short drive away, 18-hole open to the public golf course, Mini-Golf, sea food
market and just minutes away from all kinds of adventures. Book your vacation with us, you'll be
glad you did.

We are currently booked for the entire summer of 2012. Anyone interested in booking for the summer of 2013, we are currently taking reservations.

Fall/Winter/Spring Rates - Sept. 03, 2012 to May 23, 2013

$1000.00 weekly, $400.00 weekend, $150.00 mid-week per night

Summer Rates - May 24, 2013 to Sept. 2, 2013

$2,500.00 weekly, $800.00 weekend, $400.00 mid-week per night

Additional Item: 9% NH Room Tax & $100.00 cleaning fee is added to all reservations

Security Deposit:  $300.00 - Refundable after home has been cleaned & inspected.

best vacation ever

The house and location was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. My family of 4 went and there was something for everyone. My children ages 4 & 13 had a great time. The owners are really accomodating and very nice.
I will definately rent again.
Grocery stores, Weirs Beach, arcades and restaurants are close by.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Owners response: No Stress - That is the perfect way to describe a vacation at our "Home Away From Home". Wether your a family, a young couple or just a group of really good friends this has got to be THE BEST place to just relax, unwind and escape from the realities of everyday life. There is so much to do, from site-seeing, to water activities or just parking yourself in a lounge chair and doing absolutely nothing. It is impossible to come here and not leave without a feeling of inner peace. Thank you to all of our guests - past, present & future, you have all been wonderful.

What a beautiful home! The house was pristine and the open floor plan was just perfect so as to view Lake Winnisquam from everywhere in the home. The lower level master bedroom was gigantic with a sprawling view of the lake. What a way to wake up each morning! It was also, no joke, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in on any vacation I've had. Our weather during the week wasn't optimal and we enjoyed a nice fire in the fireplace two nights. Grocery stores were just a few minutes away in either direction so we were able to quickly stock up for our week. We hit the outlets one rainy day, just seven or so miles from the house, and visited with family in Plymouth only about 30 minutes away. Had a great dinner and visit with them at a place called Thai Smile.

Dianne and Dave were an absolute pleasure to work with and responded quickly and efficiently to any and all inquiries we had. An issue connecting our laptop to the network was handled immediately by Dianne who contacted the cable company. A problem with the dryer was corrected in just a couple of days with Dave delivering and installing a replacement. They were absolutely on top of everything even though they had lost power due to Hurricane Sandy. We would not hesitate to rent this location again.

On a personal note, Hurricane Sandy hit our town hard during our stay in NH and caused us a good deal of worry being so far away from home. Their genuine concern for our situation was a comfort to us both.

Thank you for everything, Dianne & Dave! You have a beautiful home away from home on Winnisquam.

We know that being so far away from home on vacation, while back home your friends and family were dealing with Hurricane Sandy, could not have been easy. A Great Two Weeks

What a perfect spot and venue for fun. We loved the convenience of everything being within a few minutes and guests being able to easily find the home. Plenty of room inside and out and a lot easier parking than is usually found which is especially convenient for your more elderly guests. Highly recommended for all ages!!

Owners response: We're so glad everyone had a good time. One of the features of this house that is popular is that fact that the house is conveniently located near so many different things. The house is located on a dead end street with plenty of parking and it's comfortable for everyone to enjoy.
