Condo Playa Linda #301 looks out over the Bay and enjoys beautiful sunsets. The infinity pool
separates the front gardens from the beach just beyond. Restaurants and shops are along the beach or
steps away into the town of Bucerias. This condo, on the third floor, includes secure parking and
has a locked gate to the beach. The property is made up of 20 units so it is like a small
neighbourhood made up of friendly families from Canada and the United States.
There are many recreational opportunities here or nearby:
golfing,boating,surfing,fishing,swimming,birdwatching,watching for whales and dophins or horse back
riding.
This is a wonderful holiday retreat for all the family.

Condo Playa Linda offers two bedrooms with great privacy because they both have bathrooms. It
is handicap friendly and comes equipped with an elevator.
The livingroom comes equipped with Star Choice TV so you don't have to miss any news or
entertainment from home. There is a DVD and CD player as well and High Speed Internet . If staying
in touch is important Bring your laptop and log onto wireless internet here.
In the kitchen you will find not only all the conveniences of home including a microwave and
dishwasher. . There is a full complement of dishes and cooking utensils as well a blender and coffee
machine. In the laundry room you will find a stacking washer and drier.
The condo is decorated in an authentic Mexican style so you feel a real holiday experience.

Probably the most enjoyable experience, is to come along with people here and enjoy the
dining experiences in the town or along the beach. It is enjoyable to share a drink with others at
the pool as the sun sets. If you like you can try fishing, boating, sailing, surfing or one of the
other myriad experiences that the sea has to offer.
Golfing is excellent nearby. There are so many towns close by, that you can also enjoy.
One of my special enjoyments, is to go on an art walk in Puerto Vallarta in the evening and
view the creations of others and enjoy the wine and snacks provided at the various art shops.
Another special one is to take in a tour of unique homes in Puerto Vallarta. There are so many
activities that I know you will find your special interest.

We rent by the week or by the month.
April 15th to October 15th
the weekly rate is $750.00 USD per week or $2000.00 per month.
The high season rates :
are $1250.00 per week or $4500.00 per month.

A deposit of 50% at time of booking
