Simple, comfortable, and difficult to leave, this 3BR, 2BA chalet is perfectly nestled between
Woodstock and Phoenicia in the beautiful Catskill Mountains. Just 2.5 hours north of New York City
and a short walk to the picturesque Esopus Creek, (great trout fishing, swimming and tubing), its
the perfect getaway for couples, families or groups of friends. Just 15 minutes to some of New
York's best skiing.
The open living room/kitchen is at the heart of the house. Curl up on the couch next to the wood
filreplace, or map out your day at the kitchen table. A great room to gather and entertain.
The large two tier back deck, complete with 6 person patio set and BBQ grill, sits above the large back yard.
The two upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed while the the downstairs bedroom has 2 long twins
that can be combined to form a king, There's also a full size futon in the downstairs den. In all,
the house sleeps up to 8.
The downstairs den is perfect for the kids to watch a movie, or to sneak away for some quiet reading.
