Condominium located on the southern end of the pristine crescent beach of sunny Marco Island. This
well maintained 7th floor beachfront condo is located steps away from the powdery white sands of the
Gulf of Mexico. Walk out onto the balcony from either the dining, living or bedroom for panoramic
views of the beach, dolphins playing in the Gulf and breathtaking sunsets. Non-smoking, no pets.

Kitchen is fully stocked including microwave and full size washer/dryer. Queen bedroom has cable
television with DVD, in suite bath with double sinks, walk-in tiled shower and separate tub. Large
walk in closet has all linens and towels as well as hair dryers, iron and ironing board. Living
room has queen size sleeper sofa and cable television with VCR. Building is secure with controlled
front door access, assigned garage parking, exercise room with mens and womens saunas, tennis
courts, pool, jacuzzi and gas grills. Beach towels, beach chairs and wireless internet.

Simply relax on the white sands as you listen to the Gulf waters gently caress the shore, take
strolls, go shelling, fishing or for the more adventurous, Marco Island offers many great
restaurants, shopping and activities all within walking or short driving distance. Naples is a
short 30 minute drive away and has even more great shopping, restaurants and activities to choose
from. Ft. Myers Regional Southwest Airport is a 50 minute drive.
