Vacation Rental Description

Compare the pictures of our suite to any other in Las Palomas and you will clearly see the 
difference in the quality of the furnishings and decoration.  Our suite is not decorated like the 
vast majority of the units in Las Palomas, we have choosen a spa/elle decor theme. That being said 
we believe you have found the finest two bedroom in all of Las Palomas. This large open floor plan 
includes 2 bedrooms / 2 baths and is located in the newest phase of Las Palomas (phase II).  If you 
prefer an open floor plan this is the suite for you.  The interior has over 1600 sq ft and the 
private balcony has over 400 sq ft with 40 linear ft of ocean view!

In this suite you will find wall mounted LCD televisions in every room, high grade furniture and 
accessories, fully equipped kitchen, and the most comfortable and appealing patio furniture you will 
find.

Our unit includes...
* 1 king bed (master bedroom)
* 1 queen bed (guest bedroom)
* 1 queen size air mattress with automatic pump (high grade mattress)

Phase II of Las Palomas has a large reception area including a gym, restaurant and more. Also coming 
to Phase II is a wine/sushi bar, gourmet deli shop, day care center and much more.  Please note, 
construction is complete in Phase II.

NON SMOKING and NO PETS (please respect owner is allergic). 
Must be 25 yrs old to reserve- resort will ask for id upon check in.

*NEW RENTAL RULES IN EFFECT AS OF 6/23/08 FROM LAS PALOMAS* 
If you rent from an owner not in the rental pool you will only be able to check in between 10am-7pm, 
you will have to get a room key from the owner of the suite, you will have to provide an id to check 
out pool towels, you will have no hotel phone service in the room, you will have no room service 
available, you will not have daily maid service, you will not have maintenance service in the condo 
if needed and many more services provided only to units in the Las Palomas rental pool. When 
inquiring ask the owner if they are in the Las Palomas rental pool. Only rent from an owner in the 
rental pool- it is not worth a ruined trip. This unit is in the rental pool and managed by Las 
Palomas.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Phase II of Las Palomas has a large reception area including a gym, 
restaurant and more. Also in Phase II you will find a wine/sushi 
bar, gourmet deli shop, day care center and much more.

As a guest of Las Palomas you are entitled to use the facilities in both the 1st phase and 2nd.  
Don't forget the wood fire pizza in the pool bar (phase II), the award winning restaurants (La Maria-
Mexican, Citron-French), and the award winning golf course!

Cable TV, Phone service, Internet, Underground parking, Commercial 
water filtration system, 24 hr security, and full hotel services 
really set this resort apart from the rest.
