The home is a large custom built villa that will very comfortably accommodate 6 people. Stepping outside onto the private oversized lanai, guests can take a dip in the sparkling waters of the south facing pool. Steps lead from the screened pool area down to your own private boat dock. This offers guests the opportunity either to moor their own boat or have one delivered to their own back yard from one of the many local rental agencies. For information, you need have no previous boating experience to hire a boat as basic tuition is given but you must be over 21 and hold a driving licence. Non-boating guests can enjoy the long canal views and try their luck with a spot of fishing if the mood takes them.
