Summer Place Pecan Farm Vacation Home (Camp Verde) in Sedona

We offer a 2,600 square foot home located at our family-run pecan farm. We are centrally located in
the Camp Verde area of the Verde Valley. Our farm is on the Verde River and is shaded by all our
wonderful pecan trees. There is a tennis court available for use as well as a seasonal pond which
acts as a sanctuary for raccoons, javelina,deer, ring-tailed cats, coyotes, and a multitude of birds.
The house itself is homey and comfortable having a queen bed in the Saguaro Room, a queen bed in the Victorian Room and twin beds in the Bunkhouse Room.
The dining room overlooks a beautiful meadow that lies in front of the willow treed pond regularly inhabited by a small herd of deer. 
Bird watching is fantastic from this vantage point. The spacious living room has a massive rock
fireplace to help keep you cozy when piled with our fragrant pecan wood logs.
