Weekly rent $1,100. Extra night $200

Regular Rate; January 1 to March 19, 2010. Minimun 1 week.

Regular Rate; April 5, to December 17, 2010. Minimun 1 week.

Weekly rent $900. Extra night $190

Weekly rent $1,100. Extra night $200

We require a non-refundable deposit of USD $250 to confirm your booking.
The USD$700 security deposit is required to cover damages and omissions of inventory from the condo.

Full payment (less USD $250 non-refundable deposit) + USD $900 security deposit is required 10 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded 5 business days after departure.

We will deduct a $50 fee cleaning fee.
