If you picture yourself relaxing on your own private, oversized deck, feet from the sand, while
taking in breath-taking panoramic ocean and beach views, then this is it!!!! We invite you to
experience our beautifully decorated, Groundfloor, 2 bdrm/2 bth condo that is a tropical home away
from home. No steps to climb, just step over your patio wall and you are on the sand. Enjoy the
most spectacular sunrises while sipping your morning coffee and hear the ocean waves at night. Wake
to ocean views without even getting out of bed! Ocean and beach views from most any room in the
condo. Our condo is located in the lush, tropically landscapped complex of La Jolla de los Cabos.
This complex in oceanfront and sits on the pristine stretch of beach known as Costa Azul. We have 2
pools, one which is heated in the winter, and 24-hr security. La Jolla is close to everything but
promotes a tranquil and relaxing enviroment where you will feel away from it all. For the avid
surfers and boogie-boarders, the world famous surf spot, Zippers, is a short walk from our patio.
You can walk to many great restaurants and shops, a mini-mart, deli, internet cafe, bookstore,
Blockbuster, 24-hr emergency facility and much more. A 5 minute drive will put you downtown San
Jose del Cabo, where you can dine in gourmet restaurants, shop the quaint stores and vendors,
explore the art district, and stroll the streets of this historic town. An easy 20 minute drive will
take you to the fast-paced, action-filled town of Cabo San Lucas. Visit Lover's Beach at Los Arcos
and watch the cruise ships come in.
