Our beautiful 5,000 sq.ft.new house, build in a 1,850 sq.meters land,
at the  San Bruno  beach, has all of that,
and much, much more.......we have 5 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms:
two bedrooms with one double
bed; one with a king size bed, and other with 2 twins,....all four
upstairs...downstairs one
bedroom with two twin beds....A/C optional... mini-bar in one of the
bedrooms... the mezanine with a
sleeper sofa and a local tv..... you will also enjoy a large kitchen
with granite countertops ,
fully stocked, with everything to cook with, and eat on....stainless
steel appliances...in the same
area there is a breakfast granite bar with 7 stools; next is the
dining, with a round 19mm glass
table...seats 8..the living with satellite tv , music,dvd,
player,.... there is also a full
bathroomn for guests...a shower next to the pool for returning
swimmers from the beach......in the
large covered terrace facing the pool and ocean,there is a counter
bar few steps from the pool.

fishermen ;they are very friendly people; or you can go also sight-seeing...

In Port of Progreso (20 Min); you have banks, ATMs, big super
markets, many fine restaurants in the
Malecon ,facing the ocean and the pier . Cruise lines docks at this
Port (Carnival). Medical

Vacation rental description

September, October, November $ 800 us a week $2,900 a
month.
December $1,000us week
January, February $1,000us week $3,500 month
March, April, May, June, $ 800 us week $2,900 month

July, August.. $2,200us week $8,000 month
Rates are based upon 6 people. Each additional person is:$10 us per day
Rates can be negotiated for longer periods.

Note:
Christmas and New Year weeks $1,500 us per week
Easter weeks $1,500 us per week.


Maximum of ten guests .if your group, is more than 10 people, please
inquire
50% in advance at the time of booking balance left to pay, upon
arrival
Security deposit is $300us..refundable upon departure
