A lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath house located in Ocean Lakes; a gated community of 310 acres resort on the Atlantic Ocean; physical address is  MH71  Live Oak Drive, equipped with 3 queen beds; a 21" T V in the master, plus a bedroom with 2 futons. There is also a sunroom for entertaining and/or enjoyment equipped with a t v and sterio.
An exceptionally large living area with 2 recliners, a large sofa, a stuffed wingback chair and otterman, plus a 50" flat screen t v. Also a T V  and DVD player in  the Sun Room.

A separate dining room plus 2 other eating areas; also a sterio system through out the house. There is wireless internet at no cost.
We have a wood burning stove, which is great for those fall and winter rentals; special monthly rates apply.

Within Ocean Lakes, there are many amenities, included an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool, a recreation hall, a game building with many uptodate games, Putt Putt golf, horseshoe pit, skating area, vending machines, a "country store" with a very large gift shop, the famous "meet & eat" with
food and ice cream. Also, a do it your self laundry as well as the "wash & fold service"; although our house is equipped with a washer and a dryer.
Also, there are Security Patrols thru out the area.
In addition, we offer - free - local and long distance phone service from Time Warner.
Ocean Lakes is on the south end of Myrtle Beach and the north side of Surfside Beach; approximatey 5 to 10 minutes from the airport. Actually located at the intersection of Business Highway #17 and Route #544.
During the season, there are many activities; concerts, bingo, games, golf, golf cart rentals, church services, and much more.

Swimming, sunning, golfing, cart riding, bike riding, shell hunting, church services, or just
relaxing....... OR, maybe watching or shooting fireworks on the beach!!!!!

During the "Season" we rent only by the week. In the cooler, non season, we rent daily- 3 night minimum, weekly, monthly and multiple months at greatly reduced rates.
Rates:
Not Hot Season - Nov 3, 2012 till March 30, 2013; $125.00/night (3 min) $650.00/wk $1,500.00/month. Also, we have a "1 Couple" rate for this time period, which is only $1,000 per month, but for multiple months; 2,3,4 or up to 6 months

Spring Season - March 30 till May 24th $140.00/night (3 min) $850.00/wk $1,800.00/month

SEASON - May 25th till  August 23, 2013   $1,500.00/week, except July 4th week which is $100.00 additional. 2013 special; we clean the house at check out at no cost. We will also provide linens at an extra cost of only $50.00.

We provide wireless INTERNET AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.

End of Season - August 24th till Nov 2, 2013    $140.00/night (3 min) $850.00/wk $1,800.00/month
