We are here to welcome you to a beautiful tropical paradise, sitting
on 5 acres of one of the best beaches in the area and one of the
most desirable locations in Northern Mazatlan! Lose your worries
while sipping on a margarita and basking in the warm sunshine of the
Pacific Coast and admiring the Lush Foliage and beautiful
surroundings. Relax and unwind on a furnished beach chair by the
beautiful Swimming Pools and rock formations, listening to the ocean
surf and watching the waves lap onto the golden sand. Take a stroll
down the beach as you view the most Spectacular Sunsets on the
Pacific coast. Located North of Mazatlan with easy access to
Downtown by bus, taxi or Polmonaria. Stop by the Mini-Market nearby
to pick up any essentials you forgot or to get your favorite beverage
and snacks to keep cold and handy in your Refrigerator. For those who
like an active vacation, enjoy a lively game of tennis on the onsite
court. We furnish four racquets. Bring your own tennis balls.
Take in a Round of Golf or try your hand at Deep Sea Fishing located
nearby. HorseBack Riding, Hiking, Biking, Scuba-Diving, Jet-Skis,
Para-Sailing and other water sports are some of the fun activities
that you can enjoy while on your vacation. Tour the Aquarium with
over 250 species of marine life. Or enjoy a professional baseball
game when in season. Take a short shuttle ride to the Historic
Mazatlan Market and Shopping areas to find unique area arts, crafts,
clothing, and tasty treats. There are delicious Restaurants nearby,
sure to please your palate, and after the sun goes down the Night
Club/Discos will keep you up and partying until the wee hours. Or
just sit on your deck and watch the magnificent view.

This OCEAN FRONT SUITE at Quintas Del Mar includes: Two bedrooms,
one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed, Two bathrooms,
Balcony, Living room, Dining area, Kitchen, Table settings, utensils,
Pots, pans, Coffee maker, Toaster oven, Blender, Refrigerator, Stove,
Microwave, Tile floors and Tropical decor. The condo is Air
conditioned, has a Filtered water system, a US Dish network TV
(English and Spanish) DVD and a 26" LCD flat screen TV. Air conditioned, and
washer/dryer. Linens are included. We furnish a number of DVD
movies, and a library exchange of paperback books for you to use
is also included. Please note that the DVD player only plays Zone 1 DVDs which are purcahsed in the US or Canada.  Do not purchase DVDs in Mexico uless they are marked zone 1.  Otherwise please bring your DVDs from home.

There are many great nearby Restaurants, Private beach with Palapas,
Lounge Chairs, Swimming pool with shallow end, Pay phone, 24-hour
security, Elevator, Controlled access, and a spectacular view of
Mazatlan�s Ocean and Sunsets. The  tennis court is currently under renovation.
Buses come by every 10 minutes and taxis and polmonaris are also available.
