Off Peak:

May 2012 ($2,300), June through September 2012 (1,500 per month)

Departure cleaning fee $150.00
HOA credit application $100.00

Social membership transfer $268.50. Owner will contribute $100 towards this transfer fee. Tax is 11% of the base rental amount.
