We may not provide a Community pool, but trust us
when we claimed that we ensure the best slope of beach in front of our beach
rentals, actually the beach is your front yard, we invite you to visit our
rental and take a walk to measure it up firsthand!

 We are a 5 minute drive to Town, which has many restaurants, grocery stores Plaza, Curios shops, Street Vendors, Street Musicians, Clubs, Sports Bars and the gaiety of a Mexico Atmosphere!

We offer an 8 Car Garage, exclusively for your Vehicles, Quads and Equipment, a monumental amenity that no one else provides, as well a 1 car Garage, including two Driveways

The Beach-Single Home was design as a Master Lock-Off, which provides 3 options to rent, either as a Beach House – sleeps 8 persons; Beach condo sleeps 5 persons or Beach Triplex for 18 – 22 persons, include the beach house and two Beach condos!

San Felipe has a wide variety of nightclubs, bars and restaurants.
Everything from Chinese food to
French cuisine.  Dune buggy desert tours are available. And if you find Hot Springs
an alluring prospect, there are
thermal pools in Puertocitos, 56 miles to the south.
Being a seaside resort, watersports abound. Fish Trips
available (we can make your reservation for you). Or if you've towed
your own boat down, there are a
few boat ramps available, one just a few minutes from the beach
condos.
Swimming is a pleasant pastime. There are the Banana Boats , always
ready to take you on a bouncing
ride across the bay, bring your own kayak, the waters off any of the
beaches are always inviting.
Explore the many hidden bays in the area. Keep in mind for any water
sports, it is important to keep
an eye on the tides.
Hunting for shells is a popular local pastime and there are several
beaches that have a reputation
for generosity in this enterprise.
For the adventurous, the famous Valley of the Giants is just a mere
half hour drive south of town.
There you can walk among the giant cardó® £actus. Several ATV rental
outlets in town are ready to
rent you a four-wheeler if you want to pioneer the countryside. Or
if you'd like a slower, more
serene pace.  At certain times of
the year you can find ultra-
light planes barnstorming the local beaches.
Mike's Sky Ranch is two hours from town. A rustic ranch-style hotel
in the mountains, it is a
favorite getaway during the hot summer months.

We offer Discount Package for Large Groups such 18 - 22 persons for $450 a night for 3 Units, which includes the Beach House and two Above Beach condos 1 and 2

Beach House  $300 Night-10persons  or $250 - 8 Persons, Beach Condos  $150 a Night - 5 Persons, and Beach Triplex  ( includes Beach Home & 2 Beach condos) $450 a Night
