This luxurious condominium offers over 1000 square feet of elegant living space with high ceilings, (top floor), featuring a spacious living area with 12 foot sliding glass doors directly overlooking the beach.

The oversized wrap around balcony faces west for viewing the ocean, beach, and tropical sunsets.
The master bedroom is bright and airy with it's signature caribbean
louvered shutters.
The Captain's Suite also features a fully appointed kitchen with
dishwasher, Full size Range, microwave, blender, toaster oven, coffee bean grinder, ice maker, etc.

This suite is a private residence and comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home including luxurious linens and towels, all supplies, and includes washer and dryer..
The suite has been decorated and includes updated furniture, LCD television and Home Theatre.

The Captain's Suite accommodates up to four people in comfort, with a
king-size bed in the master bedroom and a comfortable queen-size sofabed in the living room. This Suite is a full one bedroom suite, double the size of the more common studio/hotel room units at Royal West Indies.

The Suite is a private residence that is rented occasionally.
Therefore it is updated, equipped and supplied.

It is not an ordinary hotel room.
