Our luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated on a large corner plot on the prestigious golfing community of Highlands Reserve. Just a 12-
minute drive to Walt Disney World resorts that include The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney MGM studios and Animal Kingdom. With easy access to the
I4 and US192, this really is the perfect location for all the world-class entertainment; dining & shopping Orlando has to offer.

Only 30 minutes from Orlando International airport and a short walk to a good supermarket, hair & beauty salon, pizzeria & tobacco shop,
everything you need is on your doorstep.

your dream vacation.


All accommodation is one level & fully air-conditioned making it ideal for families with children. The Southwest facing pool with extended
deck features a covered lanai ideal for outside dining or a break from the sun. The games room is equipped with pool table, air hockey, table
tennis & darts, providing hours of family fun.

The living area features a hi-fi, TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs & books.Internet access is available using your own laptop. From
here you enter the fully equipped kitchen, including a large fridge/freezer with ice & chilled water dispenser, cooker, microwave &
dishwasher. The open plan kitchen leads onto the formal dining area making this a very social living space.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV & en-suite facilities.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and separate bathroom.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 have twin beds, one room with X box & DVD.

All linen & towels provided including pool towels.
Both bathrooms have hair dryers.

The Utility room has a large washing machine, matching separate tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

Highlands Reserve has a Championship 18-hole (par 72) golf course with pine tree-lined open fairways and fast undulating greens making it ideal
for golfers of all abilities. If you haven't got the time for a round there's always the driving range and putting green for practice. Whether
you're in a golf cart or walking, the course offers wonderful scenery and hours of fun.

In addition to the golf course, there is a children's play area, tennis court (racquets are available at our villa for your use) and large
communal swimming pool.

Low Season - Jan/Feb/March/April/May/June/Sept/Oct/Nov £400 per week or US $100 per night
High Season - Feb half term/Easter/July/Aug/Oct half term £500 per week or US $120 per night
Peak Season - Xmas/New Year £600 per week or US$140 per night
Prices inclusive of all local taxes.

Pool heating recommended for stays between April & October £13 per day or US$20 per day
25% deposit required at time of booking, full payment required six weeks prior to stay.
Bookings of 5 nights or less incur an additional cleaning fee of £50 GB Pounds or $100 US Dollars.
