Welcome to Robbers Roost Villa #931 at North Myrtle Beach. This
villa sleeps six (6) people.
There are two bedrooms each with its own private bath. Additional
1/2 bath is located on the first
floor. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and the
other with two twin-sized beds. it
features a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining room area and
a step-down living room with a
queen-sized sleeper sofa. TV cable hook-up, combination DVD/VCR and
an enclosed sun porch are
included. The villa is supplied with clean towels and bed linens,
and a washer and dryer are
available for your use.

Amenities include a large swimming pool, tennis courts,
shuffleboard,and a walking/biking trail
around the perimeter of the grounds. Enjoy the quiet, serene
setting that Robbers Roost offers with
private parking available.

In the event that multiple families and/or friends wish to vacation
together, there are other villas
available in this same complex, which we could arrange for you.

Nestled within close vicinity of beautiful golf courses, shops, a
vast selection of great

Summer Weekly Rental Rates:

May 1 through September 30: $800 per week (Saturday to Saturday)

Off-Season Rentals:
January through April & October through December: $550 per week
(Saturday to Saturday)
January through April & October through December: $800 per month
(utilities paid by owner)

Partial weeks and long weekends negotiable when not rented
otherwise.


Deposit: $350 deposit due at time of reservation, $200 non-
refundable unless owner able to rent the
reserved week/month.
