E n t e r t a i n m e n t   f or  ki d s: As well as the great
pool, we have a Playstation and games, a portable CD player along
with some CDs, Toys, books,and games. Also we have a VCR / DVD player and a small library of Films for all ages. There is also a  TV in each one of
the master bedrooms. Just down the road there is a tennis and
basketball court. The area is also suitable for bikes and roller
skates. A safe children's play area is also only 5 minutes walk away.
S a f e t y: All Doors and windows with Poolside Access are alarmed.
Bridgewater Crossing is a quiet community where you will feel safe.

We also have a Laptop, Wifi, and an xbox.

E A S Y  W I T H  K I D S: When you arrive you will NOT need to go
and pick up a key from an agent (often 30 minutes drive away for some
Villas). We have a number pad to allow entry to the villa. Also we
can arrange for a starter pack of groceries to be awaiting your
arrival. When you need to go Shopping the local Publix ( 5 minutes
drive ) will have all you need.
Its vital to get the location right for your holiday and that's why
we can strongly recommend Bridgewater Crossing as the ideal base for
your next holiday to Florida.
It is a quiet semi-rural spot where guests of owners with rental
properties share the community with Floridian residents. You are not
on the flight path from any of the airports and you are away from the
rather too hectic 192. Wetlands and ponds make Bridgewater Crossing
a relaxing and calm environment. There also is the fantastic Lake 
where you can take an enchanting stroll enjoying nature
as the sun sets in the horizon. In short it's an ideal place to
unwind after a fun-filled day at the theme parks.

LOCATION
Despite being a location away from the very busy parts of Orlando
it does not suffer from a lack of conveniences or facilities. The I4
junction 24 is about 5 minutes drive away, this means you are only
another 5 to 10 minutes from the gates of the theme parks. This route
also avoids the 192 highway which suffers from a good deal of
congestion and construction work.
A few minutes walk away there is a kids play area, tennis court, and
a basketball court. The local gas station (two minutes away) has
basic provisions such as milk, beer, bread, fruit, vegetables and
makes and sells pizzas and fried chicken. An ATM machine and video
rental is also available at the gas station.
The Champions Gate Golf course is a 36 hole course designed by Gregg
Norman and is just 5 minutes away. Other nearby facilities include a
post office (five minutes), pharmacy (seven minutes), McDonalds (ten
minutes), and a brand new Publix supermarket is only five minutes
away. More extensive shopping and dining is available at Lake Buena
Vista or along the 192 which are both about 15-20 minutes away.
We can send you maps and driving instructions when you book - don't
worry it is very easy to find and only about 50 minutes from the
airport!

This single storey villa comprises of 4 bedrooms and three
bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. We have 6
beds so can sleep 6 - 8 people comfortably
The spacious lounge area offers access to the patio and pool area through
sliding doors.
Your luxury Florida vacation villa has it's own private swimming pool
which is fully screened and can be heated on request at a cost of
$150 per week. This is not normally required in the summer
months.
The master bedroom has it's own TV and is fitted with a queen size
bed and has an en-suite bathroom attached. The second bedroom also
has a queen size bed and it's own en-suite bathroom. Both the third
and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds and they share a third
separate bathroom.
Each bedroom has built in closets.
A cot and high chair is also available.
There is a large double garage attached and the villa is equipped
with a washing machine and tumble drier.
Your luxury vacation villa is well equipped and furnished to a high
standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and
fully air conditioned. Cable television, VCR and a CD player are
provided for your entertainment.
The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to
need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and
hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker,
dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a full
set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and house wares.
The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance
and international calls can be made via a telephone calling. These are
Free if direct dialed. The price includes all gas,
electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are
occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and
ironing board, hairdryer etc.
