"Bikinis & Trunks" Right on the Beach! Celadon Beach Resort in Panama City Beach

Ahhh ... now it's time for a vacation! Come and enjoy Celadon Beach
Resort -- right on the beach in Panama City Beach (west end).

"Bikinis & Trunks" is our new beachfront condo. It can be rented
alone, or with its sister units "Fins to the Left!" and "Fins to the
Right!". "Bikinis & Trunks" sleeps 8, and each "Fins" condo sleeps 6.

Many have heard of Panama City Beach, some have not. For those
unfamiliar, we have the whitest, nicest, softest sand in the U.S. and
crystal clear gulf waters that rival the Bahamas!! Our beach sand is
so white and clean that it actually squeaks when you walk on it (no
kidding!)!! Our beaches are consistently rated among the best in the
U.S. and for good reason. Calm, clear waters. Smooth, soft sand.
Gently sloping, shallow beaches. And an abundance of wildlife ranging
from dolphin to manatee to sea turtles can all be seen from our decks!

Panama City Beach is almost two towns in one. 8 - 10 miles to the east
is the party hotspot -- with arcades, goofy golf, go-carts, nightclubs
and more. On the western part of the beach (known as the "west end"),
life is quieter and much less hectic. It's more of a family
environment -- with quieter beaches and the upscale amenities of new
Pier Park.

While the east-end is known for crowds and traffic, the west-end is
known for its natural beauty and sunsets (and you should see the stars
at night . . . to die for!). To emphasize, we are on the WEST-end. We
are close enough to visit the hotspots, but not so close that you
can't hear the sound of the surf at night. We think it's the best of
both worlds!

And now you can enjoy the activities of Pier Park!! Now open,
featuring Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville!! Enjoy a cool drink on the
rooftop, while watching the waves roll in ... and enjoy a Cheeseburger
in Paradise!! Also featuring the Back Porch Restaurant, an original
Hofbrauhaus (from Munich, Germany!), Tootsie's Country Bar, Reggae J's
(yummy!), art and souvenier shops, snacks, movies and much, MUCH more.
Fun for all, with plenty of parking, and only a couple miles east of
Celadon. Definitely worth a visit during your stay!

Celadon Beach Condos is a brand-new complex (May 2004) so
you can enjoy all the features of the newest, nicest condo in the area
-- with all the amenities and features you want, including two (yes,
2) swimming pools. One pool is beachfront and both are partially
covered, in case you get a little too much sun. Our pools are heated
in the off-season. We also have 2 jacuzzis, on site lighted tennis
and a complete fitness center. Enjoy private covered parking (so no
crispy-hot cars in summer!). We even have an
on-site kid's arcade game room!

Bikinis & Trunks sleeps 6 - 8 persons, with a king-size bed in the
master bedroom, another king-size bed in the guest bedroom, twin bunks
for the kids in the bunk room, and a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra
guests. Everything is brand new; this is no old, "beat-up" beach
house. Rather, it's the lap of luxury!

And the views! Be sure to bring your camera for views and sunsets that
will be the highlight of your vacation photo album!

Decorated in a "funky and fun," bright Caribbean decor, this condo
will have you feeling relaxed and on vacation from the moment you
enter. And it is fully appointed -- from kitchen to the master
bedroom; so you'll want for nothing!

We're within a day's drive of most major southern cities. Nearby
activities include snorkeling in crystal-clear water right out your
back door, golf, on-site lighted tennis, and shopping. And restaurants
are just minutes away.

Fish right off our beach! Pompano, redfish, Spanish mackerel,
bluefish, bonito, and more can be caught right in the surf. You can
easily see the schools of fish from our deck.

We DO NOT offer a sub-par, generic rental condo. Our standards are
reflected by the high-thread-count sheets we have on all our beds (a
source of many Guestbook compliments). Amenities include 4 TVs and
VCRs, DVD player and CD players, and a selection of videos, CDs,
puzzles, books, and games. One TV/VCR is in the kid's bunk room, so
Mom and Dad can have some quiet time too! We also include full sets of
linens, and towels, beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler,
beach toys for kids, an initial supply of paper and soap products, and
much more! So all you need to bring is family, friends, food, drink,
and a desire to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.
