Clearwater Florida Seasonal Rental in Clearwater

Three bedrooms, two bath with private pool in a central location
near beaches, golf courses, parks, shopping, restaurants, and more. The house includes a two car
garage. The rooms include one room with a king size bed, one room with two twin beds, and one room
with a queen size bed. The kitchen includes convection oven with flat top stove, full size fridge,
microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Washer, dryer & grill are included along with linens,
cable tv & internet connection. The property also includes an in-ground swimming pool & fruit trees.
An internet connection with wifi is now included. The pool has a solar heating system.

Check-in 2:00pm and check-out 10:00am. Pool care and gardening will be included. No pets. No
smoking. 20% deposit at reservation. Accommodations reserved are payable upon arrival. Deposit or
rental refunds will be made upon re-rental of your reservation. There is a seven night minimum
rental .

2008/2009 Season Rental Rates*:
Sept.1st - Nov. 21st: $2,100/ mnth or $840/ wk
Nov. 21st- Jan. 9th: $2,400/ mnth or $900/ wk
Jan. 9th - April 18th: $2,700/ mnth or $1,110/wk
April 18th- May 31st: $2,400/ mnth or $900/ wk
May 31st - Sept 1st: $1,950/mnth or $750/ wk
7*Rental rates do not include 12% Florida Tax
