Welcome to Sunset Village at Sandpiper Bay - Located in Sunset Beach, North Carolina and only
15 minutes from North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and the rest of the Grand Strand.

Sunset Beach is a barrier island and with its three miles of beautiful, sugar-white, sand beach has been voted one of the best beaches on the East Coast and the best in North Carolina. The beach is a short 10 minute drive from the condo. The island offers very clean and warm ocean water, calm surf, a large fishing pier, local shops and deli's, bike rentals, and provides a unique private feeling because there are no highrise hotels, only beach houses.

This spacious second floor condo with central air/heat is beautifully decorated and provides 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 19" color cable television, and private master bathroom with large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms each have two extra long twin size beds and 19" color cable televisions. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat, swivel rocker, 25" cable color television and VCR/DVD combo unit. The dining room has a full size table, six chairs and a restaurant style highchair.

The condo is fully stocked with bed linens, wash cloths and towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, alarm clocks in each bedroom, Graco Pack and Play with attachable bassinet, Safety 1st portable bed rail, full size washer and dryer, and high-speed WiFi internet. Each bedroom and the living room also have ceiling fans. The full size kitchen has everything - refrigerator with ice maker, self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchenware, barware, toaster oven, crock pot, coffee maker, blender, etc.

Enjoy the view of the pond and fountain from the screened porch, which has a ceiling fan and patio furniture. The two pools, hot tubs, and tennis court are just steps from the front door.

The only things missing are you, your beach towels and suntan lotion, and golf clubs.

For the comfort of all of our guests, please no smoking or pets inside the condo.

There are many nearby attractions including several beaches (Sunset, Ocean Isle, and Cherry Grove),
100 golf courses, miniature golf, fishing, water sports, cruises, biking, amusement and water parks, clubs, theatres, restaurants, two casino boats, and outlet shopping.

There's also the Alabama Theatre, Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, Barefoot Landing, House of Blues,
Broadway at the Beach, an Aquarium and our favorite - Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville. Quite simply, there's something for everyone.

Weekly stays during the summer are typically Saturday-Saturday.
Check-in is after 4:00pm (possibly earlier if available) and check-out is before 10:00am.
A $100 fee for professional cleaning and quality linens (sheets, bath towels, and wash cloths) will be added to all rentals.
A $200 refundable security deposit is required.
12.75% State/Town/Occupancy tax will be added to all stays less than 90 days.

Credit Cards, PayPal, and checks are accepted.

Once your rental request is booked, we will send you a confirmation and rental agreement. A rental agreement must be signed prior to occupancy. A $200 refundable security deposit must be received within 10-days of the reservation. An advance rental payment for 50% of the gross rent is due 60-days before the occupancy date and the remaining 50% is due 30-days before the occupancy date.
