The condo includes all the amenities of Futura Yacht Club and
optional boat ramp/dockage usage. The club boasts one of the best
sunset views in the Keys. Snorkel or sunbathe off the pier or take
a jump in the beautiful full-size swimming pool. We can help set
you up with a boat rental for the week also.
John Pennekamp Park is nearby for all your underwater adventure
needs! The Gulfstream is only 4 miles out and only a few more to
the famous Islamorada Hump. Recently Tony Hawk (pro-skater) built a
state-of-the-art skate facility a mile down the road with public
access. The same facility hosts a large recreational area with a
sandy beach.
