Driving up to The Silver Seashell, you will
be impressed with the lovely landscaped grounds and the architectural flare.
Tucked away are the 28-foot private pool and spa, surrounded by beautiful
composite decking – no nails, no screws, no slivers.

Enter the front door to find The Silver
Seashell professionally designed in the charm of a seaside cottage. From the
oak staircase, with its spindled 3-story atrium up to the Widow's Walk, to the
seashell prints hung tastefully, you will be drawn into the inviting atmosphere
of this home by the sea.

Three bedrooms are located on this first
level. The master bedroom and one other bedroom have outside decks to enjoy
morning coffee or just quiet time. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, Samsung
HDTV with HD satellite and DVD player. Designer coordinated bedding adds to
the seaside feeling.

On the second level is the open, light-filled
great room with cathedral ceiling and French doors. The kitchen with its solid
surface counters is equipped to satisfy the tastes of the most discriminating
cook. A breakfast bar is adjacent to the kitchen. The dining area with its
12-foot bay window provides an inviting atmosphere for casual or formal dining.
The family room provides a comfortable entertainment area with a Sharp Aquos
1080P HDTV with HD satellite, Bose 321GS DVD home theater, VCR, and a Bose
SoundDock so you can bring your iPod and enjoy your own music while relaxing in
new, beautiful leather sofas and chair.  An
extensive library of movies for both adults and children is available as well
as books and board games for everyone’s enjoyment. The adjacent screened lanai
is a perfect place to watch the sunset, read a book, or to enjoy quiet games of
cards while enjoying the wicker sofa and chairs and glass-top tables. A fourth
full bathroom is also on this level.

The third level Widow’s Walk offers the
perfect place to get away. This quiet hideaway is equipped with a twin-sized
day bed, a Polycom speaker phone, a desk/chair with a Dell laptop with
high-speed wireless Internet (you can also access the secure high-speed
wireless with your own device anywhere in the house or outside) and a HP
printer/fax/scanner/copier in case you need to do some work while on vacation.
It provides inside access (no spiral staircase) to the observation deck with
some of the best views of the Gulf and Bay, and a place to enjoy the serenity
and beauty of island living.
