The air conditioned villa is one level with its own heated south facing screened pool, and is ideally situated
only minutes from Walt Disney Parks.
There are three bedrooms: the master has a king size bed, the second has a full size bed, and the
third has twin beds. There are two bathrooms, in the master is a huge walk in shower, and the second
has a bath and shower.

The Villa is within a secure gated community, and within, is a simple to operate security system, also providing protection for preventing very young children venturing onto the pool deck unattended.

The Villa although only 10years old has had the floors in the lounge and kitchen areas completely
retiled, and brand new soft leather sofas added to the lounge for your comfort. There is also cable
Tv. in the Lounge and each Bedroom, and a Sony Games Console with a large selection of games and
Dvds to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a washing machine and dryer are located in
the garage. Ironing board & iron, & hair dryers are in both bathrooms. All bath and hand towels are
provided. The games room has a full size Pool Table, a Bar Soccer Table, and a Darts Board.

We also provide FREE WI-FI

There is a barbeque area in the back yard.

There is a Championship golf course only minutes away at Champions gate, and a few other courses
within a few minutes drive. The I4 can be accessed in about 2-3minutes, and the 192 with an array of
shops and retaurants is about a 10minute drive. Nearby is a new Publix supermarket, Cvs pharmacy,
liquor, video and take aways. Disney is only a 15minute drive, and Universal parks are about a 15 -
20minute drive.

Our rates vary between $550 per week off peak, to $900 peak. However we are prepared to negotiate
cheaper deals for longer rental periods. For shorter stays we charge from $120 per night (3 night minimum)
Christmas & New Year period is $900 per week.
Pool heating available from $14 per night if required.
