This apartment is conveniently located in the fashionable Isla Verde
district of San Juan, center of the city's beautiful beachfront and
vibrant nightlife. It has easy access to all the area attractions.
The living room has floor to ceiling sliding doors opening to the
view and balcony. The unit has a queen sized bed on the bedroom and a
full size sofa futon on the living room accommodating up to 4
persons. One designated underground parking space is included. It
comes furnished with linens, towels, kitchen equipment, cable TV,
DVD, air conditioner, and free local phone.
The building has 24 hour security. Enclosed recreational areas
include swimming pool, children's pool, basketball court, tennis
court and gym facilities; but its most attractive feature is the
direct gated acess to a strikingly beautiful beach where you can walk
on the sand, practice your favorite water sport, or just enjoy the
sun, the sea breeze, and the view. A key is required to enter and
exit the compound. It also has private laundry facilities with coin
operated washers and dryers.
Isla Verde is one of the main tourist areas of San Juan and home to
many luxury hotels (Wyndham El San Juan, The Water Club San Juan,
Ritz Carlton amongst others). Casinos, fine restaurants, grocery
stores, car rentals, and tourist shops, are all within walking
distance. If you're ready to explore Old San Juan, you will find
unique historic sites, shopping, fine cuisine, and a sizzling
nightlife just minutes away.
On the island you can find world class golf courses, breathtaking
coral reefs for scuba diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, sailing,
