Private cottage with separate access with gorgeous views the surrounding fruit groves and Los Padres
National forest.
Home was recently remodeled and has a brand new kitchen and furniture with many amenities such as
central air and heat, washer dryer, redone patio and BBQ.
Accommodations: Master bedroom has private bath and study, second bedroom has queen size bed, sofa
and tv, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All rooms have views and multiple windows. Living
room has pull-out couch and dining area as well as a flat screen TV with a DVD player.
Kitchen has utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and dishwasher and breakfast table.
The perfect location for a large group or a romantic get away.
The house is located minutes from downtown Ojai as well as 10 minutes from the entrance to Los
Padres National forest. Ojai has world-class spa, golf and tennis facilities as well as wonderful
restaurants, shopping, yoga, hiking and too many other things to list here!
