Superstition Mall, museums, movies, etc. This nicely decorated home
has a large eat-in kitchen, a formal dining area, and comfortable

This property is centrally located in a middle class neighborhood. It is a friendly and safe environment; clean and quiet. There is a Post Office, grocery store and various food establishm;ents within a mile. We would rent this property again as it was very comfortable and reasonable.

Recommended for: age 55+, pet-friendly

Owners response: My renters always have great things to say about "Windsor House". That's because the house is clean, very comfortable, and well maintained. The large kitchen is a real asset for your enjoyment.

The property was exactly as advertized in every way. The amenities were great. We have never stayed in a rental that has been so well stocked for the comfort and assistance of the renter. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner was gracious and kind and cooperated with our request to upgrade the cable programming (for which we were willing to pay the additional expenditure). The neighborhood was mediocre but safe and pleasant. The post office and grocery store were within walking distance. Mesa has many restaurants within easy driving distance. There also were unlimited sidewalks for walks. We had a small dog and had no problem meeting her needs with the walled in back yard and the fencing across the front. An unexpected surprise were the delicious and bountiful oranges on the tree in the back yard. We would not hesitate recommending this property to friends and others.

Recommended for: age 55+, pet-friendly

Owners response: Although most of the residents are 55+, there are a few families with children. This is not an age restricted subdivision of homes. Even though there are a few children in the subdivision,the neighborhood is quiet. This is an older established neighborhood; however,the majority of the homes are well maintained.

The home is only about 20 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport and close to golf courses and other ameneties.
