The building is located on the river walk and has 2 highly rated restaurants on the premises. Chicago based Manny's Steaks is directly across the street. The Metro Mover (Miami's free light rail system)is located in front of the building. There is 24 hour security, valet and concierge service.
The pool deck is located on the eleven floor. There is a lap pool a regular pool and a jacuzzi. Also located on the 11th floor are 2 state of the art gymnasiums and a private elevator that leads from the pool deck to the pool deck of the Intercontinental Hotel.
The apartment itself has a fully equipped kitchen (pans,dishes,ect.) with dishwasher and microwave.
