It Is Summer Time In Brazil!!! Beautiful ocean view house, Spectacular Sunsets, private pool, BBQ
with pizza oven, fully stocked kitchen, 4 full bathrooms, this house is sure to please anyone
wanting a peaceful place to relax away from the busy city but just a short bus or taxi to all the
excitement Rio has to offer. This house has the best views of the beach and lagoon as well as the
small beach town of Marcia, and Ponta Negra. Ponta Negra is known for the beaches as well as
surfing, many of the locals work in Rio and live in this small quiet SAFE community. Ricardo, our
caretaker is 22 years old and is a full time student as well as being a active member of his church,
he has learned quite a bit of English and is very helpful making phone calls to locals restaurants,
Taxi, he will even give you guided tours of Rio, Marica, and other cities for a small daily rate.
You can get around very easily by bus, and if you prefer we have our private driver Rodrigo, he has
a newer car with air conditioning, and is a safe licensed driver he is also available for hire at
