size beds (one with ocean view), 3rd room has bunk beds. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Living room has 32'
flat screen TV and DVD player. Cottage is across the street from the water and just a short walk from
the Hawk's Nest Beach (for use by renters and visitors).

Full kitchen with silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, pots, pans, cofee maker, blender and microwave
oven. Renters are resonsible for own linens.

Nearby tennis, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, jet ski rental, biking, golf. Less than 1 mile from Sound
View (carousel, public beach, bars & restaurant, famous donuts and Italian Ice and other
attractions). Short drive to Old Saybrook restaurants, shopping and antiquing. Take a day trip to
nearby Clinto n and Westbrook Outlets, Mystic Seaport & Aquarium, Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods Casino.
