We’re lucky in San Diego – we can enjoy BBQs and outside living almost every day of the year! And, from your own private deck, you will definitely enjoy our beautiful sunsets!!

The living room is light and bright with cable TV, DVD player and lots of couch space so everyone can watch the big game! One of the big couches is a queen size sofa sleeper. WiFi is accessed in every room and even on the outside deck!

Walk through the living room to a huge open kitchen and dining area. The dining table seats 8 and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a holiday dinner or just blend a margarita. Don’t forget, you have a private deck with a BBQ!! You will probably eat most meals outside! No bugs!!

Each of the three bedrooms has a comfy queen bed and plenty of closet and bureau space to store your stuff.  The master bedroom has its own bath and the 2nd bathroom has a tub and shower and plenty of towels. Have more than 6 in your party?  The queen sofa sleeper in the living room will sleep 2 additional guests.

This beach house also features a shared hot tub on the lower level which will feel FAB after a long day of sightseeing or playing at the beach.

Heading to the beach?  Grab the beach towels and beach chairs!  All included.

And yes, 2 off-street parking spots are also included!!

This is a terrific La Jolla neighborhood! Very safe and quiet and close enough to shops and restaurants that you can leave the car parked and walk. You’re just a short 2 minute walk to the beach where you can spend your days surfing, fishing, tidepooling and working on your tan. You will definitely enjoy long walks on the white sand beaches & memorable sunsets.

With the famous Village of La Jolla just a quick 3 minute drive, this beach house is in the perfect location for you to enjoy all that La Jolla and San Diego have to offer.
