Apartment description


The Oktogon Apartment is a 130 sqm apartment situated on the fourth
floor with elevator. It is a quiet apartment in downtown Budapest. The
apartment consists of 3 bedrooms with double bed in each of them
(there are 2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed). There is an
American style kitchen with a spacious living-room furnished with a
couch, two armchairs, dining table etc. The kitchen is equipped with
all necessary tools to cook and electrical appliances as refrigerator,
oven, micro-wave oven, extractor hood, kettle, washing machine,
toaster, electric coffee machine and mixer. The apartment has 2
bathrooms. There is a shower cabin in the smaller one and a jacuzzi
together with another shower cabin is to be found in the larger one.
The apartment has central heating allowing you to set the tempreture
according to your preferences. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Location & Area



The apartment is located in Eötvös street, next to Oktogon square in
district 6, off from the UNESCO's World Heritage Andrassy Avenue. The
area is truly the center of Budapest, the prestigious avenue is one of
the prime high-street shopping areas of the city. The area of Oktogon
is also the entertainment center of Budapest with a wide selection of
theatres, cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs. Budapest is a very
walkable city and the location of the apartment allows you to visit
all the attractions of the capital on foot. You can walk from here to
the House of Parliament, The Opera House, the Music Academy, the
Museum of Fine Arts at Heroes' Square or to the Szechenyi bath. Public
transportation is also excellent in the immediate area.

Price of each apartment includes 1-3 adults, or 1-2 adults and
accompanying children. Prices are in Euros, per apartment per night,
for stays of 3-14 days; shorter stays incur a 30% surcharge; longer
ones a 15% discount.

Rates for Christmas-New Year's, Spring Festival, Grand Prix: add 25
