This spacious, beautifully designer decorated unit has a gorgeous
beach view from the deck. It has garage parking with an additional
one car off street parking. The buliding has recently
been outfitted with new vinyl siding, vinyl railings along with
fiberglass decks. It has been freshly painted throughout with very
airy and summer like colors along with crown moulding in every
room. This unit is only 1/2 block from the beach located at 31st and
Central Ave. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are considered.

This unit has a completely new central heating & air conditioning
system. Along with lighted ceiling fans with cathederal ceilings, it
also has a full size washer & dryer, garbage disposal, electric
range, microwave along with other normal small appliances. There are
three tv's and two dvd players. We supply four beach tags with the
unit. The unit sleeps eight. There is one queen size bed, one
double and two singles along with a pull out double sofa. Everything
you need is here except your towels, linens and toiletries. Wireless
internet is available in this unit.

A large variety of boating, fishing, skyrides, kiddie rides, arcades,
attractions and resturants are all over the area. There are many
boardwalk and downtown shops to chose from and keep you very busy.
There is also a golf course and a small plane airport. Cable channel
2 will keep you informed of the many activities and events that are
planned throughout the summer. There are resturants,
stores, hair salon, supermarket, WaWa, CVS pharmacy and a large
family playground with tennis and basketball courts within a walking
distance of only 3 blocks. Ocean City has been named the premier
and best family resort in the United States by Money magazine.

Rates for the season vary depending on the week or weeks chosen.

of your choice. As of now the season is wide open for rentals, since
this is a private home which has unexpectedly become a rental unit.
It is available for single or multiple weeks or months. Discounts
are available for multiple week bookings. A $200 security deposit is
