This spacious, beautifully designer decorated unit has a gorgeous
beach view from the deck. Also has lighted ceiling fans throughout and cathederal ceilings on the lower level. Included in all our rentals are wirreless internet, off street parking for two vehicles, beach tags, beach chairs & umbrellas and also beach toys for the kids. This unit is only 1/2 block from the beach located at 31st and Central Ave. This is a non-smoking no pets unit. Thankfully our home was not damaged in the recent hurricane Sandy and is available for rental. UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN NO LONGER RENT TO GROUPS UNDER 23 YEARS OLD.
OCEAN CITY IS OPEN AND READY FOR ALL RENTALS. WE WILL BE FULLY RECOVERED FROM HURRICANE SANDY AND EXPECT A VERY GOOD SUMMER SEASON.

WE have lighted ceiling fans throughout with cathederal ceilings on the lower level, it
also has a full size washer & dryer, garbage disposal, electric range, microwave along with other normal small appliances. There are three tv's and two dvd players. This unit sleeps a max of eight people. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom and a pair of twins in the third bedroom along with a pull out double sofa in the linving room. You need only your towels, linens and toiletries. We make sure our home is very, very clean by cleaning our own unit. We are proud of our 75% to 80% repeat rental clientele.
activities and attractions in Ocean City New Jersey
A large variety of boating, fishing, skyrides, kiddie rides, arcades,
attractions and resturants are all over the area. There are many
boardwalk and downtown shops to chose from and keep you very busy.
There is also a golf course and a small plane airport. Cable channel
2 will keep you informed of the many activities and events that are
planned throughout the summer. There are resturants,
stores, hair salon, supermarket, WaWa, CVS pharmacy and a large
family playground with tennis and basketball courts within a walking
distance of only 3 blocks. Ocean City has been named the premier
and best family resort in the United States by Money magazine.
