Vacation Rental Description

We welcome you to spend your vacation in our beautiful villa,  
elegantly appointed and built with family fun in mind!  It includes  
5 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, private pool plus a fantastic games room 
for all to enjoy!   
 
Our villa was built in 2000 and we've furnished and provided  
amenities in the home which we hope make you feel as comfortable as  
we do in calling it our "home away from home." Our fully air- 
conditioned home sleeps 10-12, has 5 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, eat-in  
kitchen with dinette table and chairs, great room, 30 X 15 foot  
private pool, covered lanai and awesome games room for the whole  
family to enjoy!  
 
The eat-in kitchen is generously equipped for quick meals or a full  
sit-down dinner.    
 
The great room is a combined dining and living area with a full  
dining table which is perfect for family meals or enjoying cards and  
games.  The living area is furnished with a luxurious sleeper sofa  
and matching loveseat.  The entertainment center includes a flat  
screened cable TV, DVD/VCR player, portable stereo/CD player and  
various board games. Patio sliders open to a screened in private  
pool and patio area, furnished with table, chairs and two loungers  
for your poolside relaxation.    
 
The master suite has a queen size bed, huge walk-in closet (which  
could double as nursery for infants), adjoining master bath, large  
cable TV with DVD/VCR player.  The second master has a full size bed  
and large cable TV with VCR player.  Bedrooms 3 and 4 have two twin  
beds and bookend the second full bath.  Bedroom 5 was created with  
Disney kids in mind—equipped with a Disney themed bunk bed and we've  
provided a TUB OF TOYS for your little ones to play!   
 
Our guests are looked after by our nearby Hospitality and Management  
Company (located just a few doors down from our property!).  Their  
office offers brochures on area attractions, discount theme park  
tickets and is available to assist you during your stay.  
 
Our villa is located in the Clear Creek development, situated just  
off US 27, one mile north of US 192 and just 10 minutes from Disney  
and approximately 25 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World.  
Route 192, which is just one mile away,  also offers an exciting  
array of theme restaurants, shops and activities.  Our property is  
also approximately an hour’s drive to both coasts if you desire to  
take in the beach during your trip.  
 
There is a Winn-Dixie supermarket, post office, bank, pizza parlor  
and other various shops and services at the entrance of our  
development. This strip mall is a short walk from our property.

A Non-Refundable Deposit of $150 is Required with Each Booking.

WEEKLY RENTAL RATES:  
Jan-May ... $750/week. 
Jun-Sep ... $800/week. 
Oct-Dec ... $750/week. 
Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's .. $900/week.
