The Ideal Unit - The Perfect Vacation in Silverthorne

Nestled in the pines of the beautiful Rocky Mountains in the town of
Wildernest, our unit is in a quiet residential community situated
above Silverthorne, and offers breath-taking panoramic forest and
mountain views. This smoke free two story unit is immensely spacious
(1466 square feet), immaculate and newly decorated. The bedrooms
are extremely comfortable and offer ample closet space. The living
room features a wood burning fireplace, a 35 inch TV, CD, DVD, VCR
and a surround sound stereo system. The kitchen is very roomy with
full size appliances, and is fully stocked with cookware and many
extras. The dining area seats six at the table and 4 at the bar. Our
Club House is just 30 steps away, where you can relax in the hot tub
or sauna, go for a swim in the huge pool, play some ping pong or
try your hand at bumper pool, all while enjoying the views of the
majestic mountains that surround you. We’re sorry but pets are not
allowed, and we ask that you smoke outside.
Sleeping arrangements:
* Master Suite - Queen size bed with full private bath.
* Guest Room - Queen size bed with full adjacent bath.
* Upstairs Room - Queen size bed with full adjacent bath.
* Loft - Expanded Bunk Bed, sleeps two on the bottom and one on top.
* Single person hide-a-bed in the living room.
Summer and winter activities are abundant (see activities below),
with two pristine lakes and mountains all around you. Skiing at
Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Arapaho Basin are as
close as seven miles, and there is a FREE bus shuttle that comes by
our condo twice each hour and stops all over Summit County,
including the four local ski hills. Pick up and drop off is just 75
feet from our front door. Vail, Beaver Creek, and Loveland are only
a thirty mile drive.
We know you will love the time you spend over here. The condo is a
special place for us and we hope you share that feeling -- we've
done everything we can to make your stay as comfortable and
memorable as possible, and we look forward to having you as guests
year after year.

Wood burning fireplace (wood provided), 3 televisions with 62 cable

tub, sauna and pool, and a gas grill (BBQ) on the patio. No Smoking
& No Pets please.

WINTER _ Skiing, snow boarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, snow
biking, sledding, dog sledding, sleigh rides, ice skating, alpine
slide, and tubing. SUMMER - Biking, water rafting, golf, miniature
golf, hiking, rock climbing, tennis, fishing, horseback riding,
swimming, boating, sailing, kayaking, waterskiing, jet skiing,
parasailing, wind surfing, hunting, bowling, llama treks, hot air
balloon rides, gold panning, camping, 4 wheeling, cinemas, Museums,
weekly outdoor concerts, wildlife viewing and sightseeing.
Silverthorne's recreational center (3.5 miles away) offers pools,
water slides, a skateboard park, racquetball and basketball courts,
a gym and a fitness center. If shopping is more your style, you can
shop until you drop at the Silverthorne Factory Outlet Stores, just
three miles away, or explore all the other wonderful stores and
restaurants that Summit County has to offer.

**** To confirm your reservation, we request a deposit in
the sum of $300.00, which will also serve as a security deposit.
The deposit will be refunded to you upon the return of the door keys
to us, provided the unit is returned in the same condition it was
received. The balance of the monies is due 30 days prior to your
planned arrival date. There is also a cleaning fee ($75 - $125), which is
waived for stays of seven (7) nights or more. Stays of 14 nights or
more receive a ten percent (10%) discount, and stays of 30 nights or
more receive a twenty five percent (25%)discount.
