Look community lies this spacious 5 bedroom 1-1/2 bathroom Colonial
home with landscaped yard, lush
green lawn and off street parking for six. From here you can smell the ocean
and hear the surf quietly
pounding in the distance. This is 24 Ashton Lane in Narragansett,
R.I.

About a block away is the neighborhood playground with
basketball/tennis courts and swings, slides
and more for the kids. A short walk further and your at the beach.
Nearly a mile of soft sand, sun
and surf. Feel free to use our wagon to transport the beach gear.

The large, open living room includes a couch, two recliners and a
rocking chair with cable TV and
DVD player, so you can sit back, put your feet up and enjoy your
favorite  shows and movies.

The fully equipped kitchen has all you'll need to feel at home, including a new
dishwasher, microwave, range and
refrigerator with ice-maker and water dispenser. Use the electric
range to cook a meal
or the toaster oven for a quick snack. If you don't like to food
shop. Super Stop&Shop delivers.

Off the kitchen is a big rec. room, the kids favorite, with a TV,
couch, chairs, ping-pong and foosball games . The laundry facilities are adjacent.

The first floor bedroom sleeps 2 with a queen sized bed and bureau with the half-bath right across the hall.

From the dining area walk through the glass slider to the 16'X20'
deck with two sets of outdoor
furniture, umbrellas, a great grill and lobster pot. Surrounded by rose bushes
it's the perfect
spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cookout.

The back yard is private, fenced on three sides, with a beautiful
lawn, shade tree, picnic table and lots of
room for play. The enclosed outdoor shower has hot and cold water and a
changing area.
Just right for the after-beach rinse off.

Upstairs are 4 large bedrooms which sleep 8. Each with a queen/double bed,
bureau and a roomy closet. All
are bright and tastefully decorated. In the full bathroom you'll find
ample shelving for towels, soaps, shampoos and a hand-held shower head that makes bathing the kids a breeze. And, there
is plenty of water pressure.

Beaches: So many beaches and so little time. Scarborough Beach is
one of the best! and it's only a short walk away and Narragansett Town Beach featuring the Coast Guard House/Restaurant is only 3 miles down Ocean Rd.   (a beach guide will be provided).

Sightseeing: Take a short drive North and go over the Jamestown-
Varizanno Bridge to visit historic
Jamestown with it's parks, lighthouse, harbour and beach. Or,
continue over
the Newport Bridge to scenic Newport for great shopping, dining and
night life. Or take in the
Newport Mansions either from inside or from outside on the famous
Cliff Walk. The Tennis Hall of Fame is also here.
Wickford Village is a quaint harbour town with more shopping, kayak
rentals and fare.
If you drive South instead for a few miles you'll come to Galilee.
Here you can enjoy some of the
best seafood dining on the planet or buy it fresh-caught off the
boat, take it back to the house and
cook it your way. From Galilee you can also take a ferry ride to
Block Island and tour this
unique island by bike or scooter.

Narragansett and the surrounding area offers so many options.
