                                     A spiral staircase leads you to a
loft bedroom with a queen size bed above a very cozy first floor
with all tongue in groove wood interior. A large wrap around porch w/swing
overlooks a large riverfront field.. ( Very pastoral and spacious ).
Two acres ensure privacy on the Tocoa riverfront.
This is a very charming, intimate place.

Microwave, stovetop with oven, tile countertops,  charcoal
grill, hot tub, all major appliances. Basic cutlery. Gas stove heat. Air
conditioned. Place settings for two. Seperate bathroom with shower.
Satellite TV with digital stereo - CD/DVD/videocassette.Futon folds out to sleep 1-2 add. people.
