from our South facing pool & spa or from the balcony. You could even try catching a fish from our
fishing deck!

In the pool-side Family Room you can watch a DVD on our 52 inch cable TV or spend some quiet moments
in our formal lounge area whilst the kids (of all ages) play pool, air hockey, Foosball or PS2 games
in the games room. The comfortable main bedrooms will ensure you are rested for the next day and
the Pirate & Mickey themed rooms will fire younger imaginations!

Only 1 minute away you will find local shops and eating establishments. The nearest Golf Course is
4 minutes away and junction 58 of the I-4 is 2 minutes away giving rapid access to a world of
adventure.

Our villa, still only a 10 mins drive to Disney Gates, is set in a tranquil location. Looking out
onto conservation woodland the house backs onto a large, natural lake, providing privacy and
relaxation to help you to unwind after a fun day at the Parks!
There are many Golf Courses located nearby and spend a day shopping in the various Malls. Maps are
provided to help you find your destination!

2008/2009 Prices.

Low season $1050 per week plus tax.
Mid season $1200 per week plus tax.
High season $1300 per week plus tax.

Pool heat charges $150 per week plus tax.
Security deposit required.
Discounts available for bookings of 2 weeks and last minute bookings.
Stays of less than 5 nights will incur an additional cleaning charge.
