Your second floor unit with easy access to the outside via elevator or stairs is a plus for those who enjoy a garden setting, and close-up views of wildlife. The buildings at Estero Beach & Tennis Club are easily recognizable wearing elegant coral tophats with beige exterior, surrounded by lush ten acres overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Your car will be parked within steps of the building. On the property are four clay tennis courts, heated fresh-water pool, shuffle board, and BBQ Grill. A beautiful and secure setting with endless walking along the white sugar sand of the Gulf, within one block of shops, restaurants, marina, charter fishing, executive golf course, and a few miles from Lover's Key State Park. Vintage trolley cars provide leisurely rides up-and-down the island - and beyond.

In addition to enjoying the ocean while early-morning shelling or watching the evening sunsets, there is also an endless display of wildlife - Herons, Osprey, Roseate Spoonbills, Storks and Dolphins. To cast your fishing pole into the Gulf waters could turn out to be a "surprising" experience!
There are many golf courses from which to choose; casino cruises, fishing, parasailing, kayaks, canoes, motorbikes, jet skis, and pontoons for viewing the back bay. To relive a golden era in aviation, a 1940's open cockpit Biplane can take you on a classic air adventure over the Gulf and condo. Closeby are Captiva and Sanibel Islands; Naples, Miromar & Tanger Outlet Malls; giant flea markets and the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox Spring Training Camps. A visit to the Edison & Ford Winter Estates and Museum will take you back in time and history.
