Vacation Rental Description

from the private balcony of this western-facing Gulf Front condo on  
Ft. Myers Beach. Your second floor unit with easy access to the  
outside via elevator or stairs is a plus for those who enjoy a  
garden setting, and close-up views of wildlife. Enjoy the freshness  
of a rennovated condo (2006), new appliances (dishwasher,  
microwave, stove, refrigerator, even the pots and pans); completely  
new bathroom; 32" HDTV with DVD (2007). The condo is equipped  
with all necessities for eating, bathing and sleeping - queen-size  
bed in MBR with new pillow-top mattress, queen-sleeper sofa. To make  
your visit comfortable in a pristine environment we provide quality  
towels, linens, even laundry supplies. Tiled throughout but with  
large, area-rugs provide the luxury of carpet many guests enjoy.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The buildings at Estero Beach & Tennis Club are easily recognizable  
wearing elegant blue tophats with beige exterior, surrounded by lush  
ten acres overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Your car will be parked  
within steps of the building. On the property are four clay tennis  
courts, heated fresh-water pool, shuffle board, and BBQ Grill. A  
beautiful and secure setting with endless walking along the white  
sands of the Gulf, within one block of shops, restaurants,  
marina, charter fishing, executive golf course and vintage trolley  
cars for leisurely rides up-and-down the island - and beyond.

Activities and Attractions

In addition to enjoying the ocean while early-morning shelling or  
watching the evening sunsets, there is also an endless display of  
wildlife - herons, osprey, spoonbills and dolphins. To cast your  
fishing pole into the Gulf waters could turn out to be  
a "surprising" experience! There are many golf courses from which to  
choose; casino cruises, fishing, parasailing, kayaks, canoes,  
motorbikes, jet skis, and pontoons for viewing the back bay. To  
relive a golden era in aviation, a 1940's open cockpit Biplane can  
take you on a classic air adventure. Closeby are Captiva and Sanibel  
Islands; Naples, Miromar & Tanger Outlet Malls; giant flea markets  
and the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox Spring Training Camps. A  
visit to the Edison & Ford Winter Estates and Museum will take you  
back in time and history.
