Adorable 2 bedroom 1 bath beach cottage located in Ormond by the Sea. Will sleep 6 to 8 comfortably.
1 Bedroom has queen bed, 2nd has 2 twin beds, pull out queen size sofa and futon. Walking distance to
beach, shopping and eating. The location is convenient, quiet and relaxing.

Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, plates for 6, utensils, spices, toaster, washer/dryer, coffee and
maker, everything. Dish TV, BBQ grill, patio, inside & outside shower, beach supplies (chairs, toys,
etc.). Paper products, soap, shampoo, towels and linens. If by chance there is something missing,
just ask, it's probably there.

All special events located at Daytona Beach (race week, bike week, etc.). Within 2 minutes walking
distance to the beach. Within 10 minute drive to Daytona Beach Pier and all that surrounding
excitement. Within 30 minute drive to Daytona Speedway. Within 45 minute drive to St. Augustine and
all it's history. Within 1 & 1/2 hour drive to Orlando's attractions and family fun.
vacation rental rates
$500 a week. Up to $1000 a week during special events (Daytona 500, Bike Week, etc.). Special rate
for longer term rental. Weekly booking is Saturday through Saturday. Scheduling can be flexible
depending upon availability.
