Fully furnished, large kitchen and living room. Outside, the house offers a 55ft. concrete dock
with davits that can accommodate a boat up to 26“ . Fish cleaning table. Outside, on the 2nd floor
there is a nice and cozy terrace with a gas grill and patio furniture.
